Every match starts with a 7-day free trial. Payment starts only when the trial ends. Connect a Visa or Mastercard card, or pay by bank transfer. When everyone in the match accepts, ProductBay checks that each payment can go through, takes its fee and completes all the purchases together, each at the full published price. No barter, no credits, no balances held on ProductBay.
Yes. Every match starts with a 7-day free trial for both sides. Keep the product, and payment starts when the trial ends. Cancel during the trial, and you pay nothing.
ProductBay charges no platform fee. You only pay the payment fee charged by our payment partner: 2.9% + $0.30 by card (Stripe) or $5 by bank transfer.

Every completed order, renewal and review adds to your profile. Reviews come only from real orders.
Our AI looks for a third company that needs it and links all three into one deal. Each company pays the full published price, and nobody is charged unless all three accept.
Nobody is charged. Each company has 24 hours to accept. If it doesn’t, the request is declined automatically and AI offers it to the next highest-scoring company, as long as there is one that fits.
Orders in a match are linked. If a company cancels its order, the other orders in that match are cancelled automatically. You never keep paying when your customer has left.
Raise a dispute and ProductBay escalates it. Delivery on scope is also tracked on every supplier’s profile.
